Section 01 — Proof
// Senior BD Advisor
Lianne booked foundational training out of curiosity and mild panic. By her second session she had a working personal admin dashboard built around her role. It tracks outstanding invoices, flags client follow-ups before they go cold, and pulls competitor research on demand. This is the kind of visibility she used to piece together manually.
Outcome
Uses her app every morning. Planning time halved.
// Procurement Consultant
Graham had been in procurement for thirty years, but programming was always a passion of his since his youth. He told us he had watched his competitors win tenders with AI-assisted submissions and needed to understand what was happening. He enrolled in our applied training and the following month our technical training. He now runs an automated tender pipeline covering research, compliance checks and draft submissions from end to end. He manages every part of it himself.
Outcome
Winning tenders he would have missed. The system runs itself between submissions.
// Accounting Partner
Carlos was already using AI tools before he came to training. He'd figured out a lot on his own. He came to applied training because he wanted to build something his firm could actually rely on. He left with a client-facing portal that sits inside his firm's existing security framework. Clients submit asset acquisitions directly. Records and accounting spreadsheets update automatically.
Outcome
The portal handles what used to take three hours of admin. His team focuses on actual accounting.
// Physiotherapist
Vicki had been writing clinical notes after hours for four years. The terminology had to be right, the structure had to match insurer requirements, and none of it could wait until the next day. She came to foundational training wanting that time back. Together we built a voice agent trained on physiological information. She describes sessions in plain language as she goes. The agent translates to clinical terminology in real time.
Outcome
Notes done before the patient leaves the room. She hasn't stayed past 5:30 since.
// Electrical services
Marcus has run his electrical business on his own for eight years. He came to training because his daughter kept sending him articles about AI and he figured he should at least know what the fuss was. He started with our foundational training, then came back for applied. He left with automated quote follow-ups, a Google lead pipeline, and the ability to tune both himself. He told us he didn't expect to be the one in his family who fell in love with AI.
Outcome
Prepares invoicing and BAS statements with ease.
// Nail Technician
Anh runs three nail salons across the Perth metro area. She had seen a lot online about how AI can streamline a business and came to foundational training to understand what was actually true. By her second session she had something specific in mind: a tool where clients photograph their hands and see nail styles on their own skin before booking. We built it together. It's on her website now.
Outcome
Clients show up to appointments already decided.

Section 02 — The Challenge
AI isn't replacing people, it's replacing people who don't know how to use it. Every week without these skills is a week your competitors, your colleagues, and your clients are pulling further ahead.
We won't sugarcoat it. There's a learning curve. But you won't go through it alone. Zenias works with you directly, in your context, on your actual problems. Whether you're starting from zero or already tinkering, we know how to get you moving. Results don't take months. Most people build something they'll actually use in their first session.
Section 03 — Methodology
Assess
We audit your current capabilities, workflows, and goals, on-site at your office.
Design
Fully customised curriculum built around your real workflows and industry challenges.
Coach
In-person sessions where we sit with you and build automations click-by-click until they work.
Support
Ongoing access for troubleshooting, iteration, and optimisation (included with Applied and Technical packages).
Section 04 — Results
From document review that used to take hours now taking minutes, to commission systems that eliminate human error, our clients leave with working automations and lasting competence. The payoff is tangible: time reclaimed, workflows that run without constant oversight, and teams that can build their next solutions themselves.
Time reclaimed
Cut 5–10 hours per week from repetitive tasks; hours back for high-value work.
Working systems deployed
You leave with automations already running and deployed during sessions, not homework to figure out later.
Competence installed
Permanent capability in you and your team, custom materials, dozens of templates to get you started - so you can iterate without starting from zero.
Ongoing support
3 months on-demand coaching, Zenias Network access, and new updated templates as we build them (Applied and Technical).
You leave with deployed tools, not just notes. Every iteration adds capability without starting from zero.
Next Step
Don't get left behind while competitors automate. Book a 15-minute consultation to discuss our custom training.

Data, security and governance
Training happens inside the tools and access your business already controls. Your business data stays yours; policies and controls for privacy, IP, copyright and shadow AI are part of what we teach and, where you want them written, part of AI Governance.
Training is designed for business teams, from non-technical staff learning practical AI fundamentals to technical teams building production capability.
In-person training is available in Perth. Live online training is available for business teams across Australia and around the world.
Pricing is customised to your goals, team size, and chosen pathway. Zenias is committed to fair, accessible pricing at every level of the market. Please contact us for a custom quote and training roadmap.
Most team training can begin within a few weeks, depending on the programme size and requirements. Larger programmes generally require around one month to scope and schedule properly. Reach out early if you have a target date in mind.
Never. Before every engagement, we conduct an onboarding audit and questionnaire to understand your workflows, goals, and existing tools. Every curriculum is built specifically around your business, not recycled slides.
Foundational covers AI essentials, things like ChatGPT and Copilot, prompt engineering, and automating everyday tasks. Applied moves into no-code and low-code agent building, creating custom GPTs and client-facing automations. Technical is full-stack AI development for teams building production-grade applications and integrating AI infrastructure. Each pathway is available as a standalone engagement.
Foundational and Applied programmes are led by our Founder, Marche Bantum, a Lawyer and entrepreneur who scaled and sold enterprise software, and who actively builds and deploys AI systems for clients. Technical training is delivered by senior software engineers with 13+ years in AI development, alongside Marche. All trainers are practitioners, not theorists.
All participants receive access to the Zenias Network - a private community on Skool where practitioners share ideas, troubleshoot challenges, and stay current. Applied and Technical package clients also receive three months of on-demand coaching built into their package (via call or screen-share). Foundational participants can opt into ad-hoc sessions with a tech advisor as needed.
You build during the session. We sit with you click-by-click, using your actual workflows and tools, and you leave with working automations already deployed, not homework to figure out later.
Absolutely. Foundational and Applied programmes require zero technical background. If you can use a browser, you can complete these programmes. The Technical pathway is suited to developers and technically capable teams, but even there, we meet you at your current level.
Yes. It's common for organisations to run Foundational sessions for broader staff groups while running Applied or Technical intensives with specialist teams simultaneously. We'll recommend the right structure during your onboarding.
Programme size and format are tailored to the business, its goals and the capability being developed. Contact Zenias for a scoped recommendation.
