Listens first. Runs the fit conversation, then the collaborative week: leadership session, systems exploration, technical discovery, opportunity workshops, prioritisation and a final mapping session.

Investment
The fit conversation is free. The investment scales with the size of your business and the number of systems involved, and is confirmed after the free discovery call. The full amount is credited toward any service we deliver for you.

Decision-makers confirm the priorities and constraints. Technical people confirm access, data and integration boundaries.
